Returns & Exchanges Policy

If there is a defect or a technical issue with your product, you may exchange or return your product within 7 days of receiving it. Returns and exchanges are not subject to change of mind. Returns are subject to Return Merchandise Authorization.

Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some items may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:

  • They are returned within 7 Days of receiving, only in the case of the product having a fault or technical issue. Change of mind is NOT applicable for Returns and Exchanges.
  • Are in new condition.
  • Are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
  • Product includes all packing material, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
  • Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number. You may use TCS, LCS, MNP or Pakistan Post for shipping.
  • Please note that:
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Royal Wrist is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Royal Wrist reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • Parts of the item are missing, including tags, manuals, bags, or other materials (if provided).
  • Any damage to the watch or packaging.
