2- Why these watches are at low prices than the retail?
We get asked this question a lot. Here’s how we operate:
We have two categories for watches:
1- Brand New:
These watches come with completely original packaging. Since we get these watches from the brand’s outsourced manufacturers, they don’t come with international brand warranty, and we get these watches at much lower prices. Majority of our Watches fall in this category.
2- Like New:
These watches lack the original packaging and originate from multiple overseas sources. Since they lack the original packaging, we are able to get them at much lower prices. Sometimes these watches receive mini scratches during shipment, but they are barely visible and the product looks just like brand new.
The category of watch is clearly specified on each product page. Regardless of which category you buy, all of our watches are 100% Genuine, and we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for your complete satisfaction. We stand behind our products, and if you feel any doubt after buying, we will issue a refund – No questions asked!
3- Do you have any outlet / Showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom to cater to our local clients for display purposes. Our showroom is open during Ramadan with the following timings:
12pm to 6:00pm
7:15pm to 9pm
Monday to Saturday starting from April 1st, 2024.

4- What’s your delivery time?
Within Karachi: 1-3 working days.
Other cities: 2-5 working days.
Urgent delivery can also be arranged on your request, which will take 1-2 days to deliver all over Pakistan. We will require full payment in advance for this facility.
5- How do I get urgent delivery?
If you wish to receive your product on an urgent basis anywhere in Pakistan, you can request urgent delivery by letting us know during or after checkout. Urgent delivery takes 1-2 days to deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery times are subject to any unforeseen delays from the courier company.

6- What’s your exchange return policy?
If there is a defect or a technical issue with your product, you may exchange or return your product within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds and exchanges are not subject to change of mind. Returns are subject to Royalwrist.pk Return Merchandise Authorization. Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some Royalwrist.pk items may be considered special and have a limited return policy. To avoid rejection of returned products or restocking costs, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.
Watch must be in good condition. All packing materials, manuals, and accessories (if any) must be included. Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number (TCS, LCS, MNP, or Pakistan Post). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for packages that are lost or damaged.
We reserve the right to deny any return if the following conditions exist: Any symptoms of wear or deterioration. The item is missing parts.
